Gertrude the Granvia

Roof lining mostly off, decided rear heating is not required as I plan on puttting a night heater in at some point. First injury, carved my finger up.  Fingers to cold to notice, -1 outside currently. Trying to keep it so it’s driveable for as long as possible, although once I’ve finished with the headlining I guess it’s time to start with the actual building.

Belated post, done some stuff, quite a lot of stuff, removed the seats, got most of the panelling off.

So today it begins, 4 years of delays and a bad case of cannot be arsed. I measured up, and ordered the rock and roll bed. I've ordered the split charge relay I've ordered a box to put the leisure battery in. We went for a wander around the local camping shop, and coo'ed over lots of things. I took some pictures of G (Gertrude) to show the state of the old girl, we bought her approx 4 years ago for the princely sum of £1000, other than a new battery and an alternator shes been a solid workhorse dragging everything from spaniels to fishing kit around the place. So, every time I do something to G, I'll take a picture and pop it on here, for the lulz.
